What do I do if my item develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period?

If your item develops a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period, please send an email to info@clarashadesails.co.uk with your order number and a description and image of the problem. We will also need additional information or images for the following items:

Shade Sails
Please send us an image to show the full installation of the shade sail.

Norfolk Leisure
If the item you have received requires assembly, please confirm the part number of the faulty part(s). You should be able to find this in the assembly instructions.



Once we have this information, we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we require any additional information or what the next steps are.
