If you live in the UK, and ordered a sail from our White Shade Sail Collection between 29 November and 2 December 2024, inclusive, you can exchange your unused white shade sail for a different shape or size if you get in contact with us before the end of March 2025.
Extended Exchange is valid only for New White Shade Sails purchased 29 November - 2 December 2024 only. Our return for refund policy remains 30 days from purchase. The Nearly Perfect White Shade Sails are not included in our returns or exchange policy.
