If your DIY Made to Measure Shade Sail develops a manufacturing fault within the 1-year guarantee period, please send an email to info@clarashadesails.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description and picture of the problem
- A picture to show the full installation of the shade sail
Once we have this information, we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we require any additional information or what the next steps are.
