If the item is direct from Clara Shade Sails or is from our Coloured Shade Sail Collection, please allow up to 7-10 days from dispatch. In most cases we will have sent you a tracking number when we notified you that your order was on the way, and you can use this to get an update from the relevant delivery company.
If the item is from Norfolk Leisure or one of the Made to Measure Shade Sails, then please allow up to 10-15 working days from dispatch.
